Only what you send us: your email address if you join the mailing list or register interest in the shop, and whatever you put in an email to us.

What we use it for

To reply to you, and to send you the updates you asked for. Nothing else. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Mailing-list addresses until you unsubscribe. Correspondence for as long as it is useful, then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act within a month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Our legal basis

We rely on your consent when you join the mailing list — you opt in, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. We rely on legitimate interests when we reply to an enquiry you have sent us.

Who else handles it

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, and our mailing list runs on a third-party newsletter platform. Both act on our instructions and neither sells your data. Some providers operate servers outside the UK; where that happens, transfers are covered by their standard contractual safeguards.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
